⚠️ ANNOUNCEMENT: PROCESSING SUSPENDED KYC FROM 2022, 2023

Hello! This is an announcement regarding the handling of suspended KYC processes from the previous KYC 1.0 and 1.1 batches. If you have had your KYC application suspended in 2022 or 2023, this is an important announcement for you!

★ Why are some KYCs suspended?

As miners are aware, before the release of "KYC 1.5 Worldwide," we had two limited KYC batches:

➤ KYC Vietnam 1.0 - limited to 10,000 free KYCs and ended on September 30, 2022
➤ KYC Global 1.1 - limited to 6,000 free KYCs for miners outside Vietnam and ended on October 30, 2023

What leads to suspended KYCs?

➤ Your KYC contains inaccurate information, and you haven't updated it.
➤ Queue numbers exceed the limit set for that KYC batch. (For example, KYC 1.1 has a limit of 6000, and your KYC order number is 6001 and more)

★ Incompatibility with KYC 1.5

The recent KYC version has introduced many improvements, leading to data from previous KYC 1.0 and 1.1 versions not syncing successfully, resulting in conflicts with existing KYCs from versions 1.0 and 1.1.

To ensure fairness, we continue to send KYC invitations randomly. Therefore, miners with previously suspended KYCs will also receive invitations. However, you will need to update your app with a patch to process those older KYCs.

★ How we handle the situation.

➤ Delete old KYCs, allowing you to create a completely new one to achieve compatibility with KYC 1.5.
This method is being applied to some cases where records cannot be replaced or have been completely rejected, we will delete them so you can perform KYC again from the beginning.

➤ A bug fix or a background solution will be deployed to address the issue (expected to be released after May 5).
Here is the update! A patch was rolled out on May 8th and without the need to update the app, you can now regenerate KYC if you accept the invite.

➤ Miners with suspended KYCs who have received invitations for KYC 1.5 will retain their validity. You can proceed with fee payment and re-KYC after the patch is released.
KYC invitations have been continued to be sent to miners whose KYC is overdue from 2022 or 2023. Please pay attention to the application notification, if you receive an invitation, go to the personal menu, continue to visit Access your KYC details to complete KYC.

★ What do you need to do?

➤ If you are one of the miners with suspended KYCs in versions 1.0 and 1.1, you don't need to take any action until you receive an update notification or an updated processing solution.
➤ If during this time the system sends you a KYC invitation, you also don't need to take any action. Just wait for our next notification.
