RUBI-TEAM sends warm greetings to all Rubiers!
As you know, with the policy of sharing 100% of resources extracted from the platform with users, you are the real owners of this project! Thank you for being here, to interact with your own resources, thank you for trusting this project!
Today, Andy Nguyen is here to answer an important question!
"Where is the whitepaper?"
As announced from the start of the project, "the white-paper" - the project declaration - needs to be published at the beginning of the project. However, it has been three months since the app was released, and the "the white-paper" has not been published yet.
Why?
This has been a question that RUBI Team has received frequently lately. We would like to address it as follows:
The opinion of the project advisory team:
The project advisory team believes that the development team should be cautious with the statements in the white-paper, as the legal framework and regulations in Vietnam are not yet specific, and there is no official support for digital assets and bockchain. Any statement in the white-paper that is not complete can be the cause of slow development or forced termination of the project.
Therefore, the advisory team suggests postponing the release of the white-paper to wait for new policies or to wait for some conditions to be secure.
Postponing the release of the white-paper:
Rubi is a genuine project, we build our own blockchain theory and put "User" and "Interaction" at the center of the project. This is a project that pursues new and fresh theories on "INTERACTIVE ASSETS". The objects mentioned in this theory have new interpretations and there are no suitable regulations and laws to meet them. Therefore, the decision to "postpone the release of the white-paper" to wait for suitable conditions has been unanimously agreed upon by the development team.
Time to release the white-paper:
The RUBI advisory team believes that the time to release the white-paper should meet two conditions, or if the policies and environment are favorable, meeting one of the two conditions can also release the whitepaper. The two specific conditions are as follows.
• Technical condition: The project is considered solid when RUBI completes the construction and testing of the first chain.
• User condition: The project is considered accepted by the community when there are at least 250,000 regular users.
What does the founder say?
On behalf of the development team, we apologize for not yet publishing the white paper. We understand the importance of handling such a crucial document with great care. Rather than focusing on a complex academic document, we would like to draw your attention to the free and risk-free benefits of utilizing the Rubi Platform for time conversion, which can turn your online time into a valuable asset. We believe that this information is pertinent to most users.
With honesty and transparency, the Rubi development team commits to continue updating information and answering Rubier community questions as quickly and accurately as possible. We hope that the Rubier community will continue to accompany and support Rubi in the future.
Thank you very much!
