Announcement: Suspension of KYC Requests (1.1 Global)

Dear Partners and Valued Mining Community,

We want to begin by expressing our sincere gratitude to all the mining partners who have participated and submitted KYC identity verification requests (Version 1.1 Global). Your support and contributions have greatly contributed to our significant progress in building a robust and trustworthy RUBI Network mining ecosystem.

We are thrilled to announce that we have reached the limit of 6000/6000 KYC requests and have closed the KYC gateway on September 9, 2023.

Reason for Closing KYC 1.1 Gateway:
As previously communicated in our updates, "KYC 1.1 Global" is a centralized KYC solution aimed at establishing a database for the development of KYC 2.0 Global with an authorization mechanism for verifiers. Therefore, we provided the KYC 1.1 Global gateway to 5000 global mining partners early, and we have now received 6000 requests.

KYC Request Processing Procedure:
To ensure processing capacity, verifiers will begin the verification process from tomorrow (September 11, 2023) for the 6000 requests.

Here is the verifier's process and what you will see in your app:

Step 1: Verifier Acknowledges Request:
The verifier will process requests in the order they were received, confirming acceptance, and starting a 72-hour countdown for verification. Users will receive a notification of acceptance on their app, and you can track the progress of your account verification.

Step 2: Verification:
Verifiers trained in the field, will use sample document databases to verify user information. The standard for this step is verifying that a representative user of the mining account exists in the real world.

Step 3: Result Return:
Usually, it takes less than 10 minutes from the time your request is accepted to receive a result, although there may be cases that take longer, up to a maximum of 72 hours from acceptance, excluding special cases. During the verification process, you may see your KYC partially completed before it is fully verified.

Step 4: Completion and Partner Certification:
If your KYC is successfully confirmed by the verifier, you will receive a partner certification notification, officially becoming a verified miner on the mining network. All resources you mine can be transferred to your personal wallet and freely sent and received globally.

KYC 2.0 Plans for the Future:
In order to achieve widespread, decentralized KYC capability, with native validators or multi-language validators, we are developing an access authorization solution for the KYC process. This version is expected to undergo testing by the end of 2023.

In this version, miners who have undergone verification can register themselves as validators and directly benefit from this role.

and In version KYC 2.0, each KYC request will be subject to a fee of 100 Mana-A, which will be redistributed to validators and related personnel.

Conclusion:
We want to sincerely announce the suspension of KYC 1.1 Global request acceptance, introduce the verification process, and provide insight into what to expect in KYC 2.0 Global.
