Hello! I'll get straight to the point of today's announcement! I have 2 pieces of news, one positive and one negative! So, let's start with the good news first!

GOOD NEWS!

We have just completed the release of the KYC 1.5 update on the App Store this morning. As you know, completing updates and passing Apple's security checks is something that app development teams often feel uncertain about, especially for apps in the group of application: Social, Financial, Blockchain, Wallet... and especially for apps requiring users' personal identity information like the E-KYC function.

We have passed the tests and strict approvals from Apple, demonstrating serious commitments from the Blockchain Project - Rubi Network development team.

We also successfully passed Google's review for the app update on April 15. So with acceptance of updates on both major app platforms, Rubi continues to demonstrate its commitment to efficient operation.

BAD NEWS!

The next news is not good, it concerns the application experience not running smoothly! Similar to the past, this is an issue that has occurred due to overload from the sudden surge in access during previous KYC events. And this time, the overload continues to recur when the KYC 1.5 Worldwide version is officially launched.

Let's quickly review some of the previous overload instances.

When KYC 1.0 was opened, there were only about <20,000 miners, then with KYC 1.1, we had about 300,000 miners, and this time with KYC 1.5, we have reached a milestone of ~700,000 miners. The rapid growth of the mining community is increasingly demanding more hardware resources.

The app operation has been continuously delayed for the past 2 days, prompting us to create this announcement to timely inform and provide guidance to miners facing difficulties when starting mining sessions. Here are some messages from the develope team.

☽ - Choose a less pressured network time, large mining communities from Nigeria, Pakistan, India, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Middle East, and Asia. choose time zones to start mining sessions offset from those regions.

☀︎- All your assets or mining results are protected by backup storage rules, so if you cannot access or see any abnormal signs like "balance back to 0" or cannot access the wallet, come back at another time, this is mainly due to the connection from you to the network service being interrupted.

✰ - Limit unnecessary transactions, if you encounter notifications like "re-login required" or "connection interrupted" simply close the APP and come back later.

LIMITED RESOURCES:
This is considered the main reason for the network's poor performance.

So far, the RUBI network we own (including great developers and mining community members) still remains a purely community-driven project, operating entirely based on financial resources provided by group development members. This project is a result of admirable efforts and perseverance from the development team, carried out over many past months and relying only on limited resources from group members.

Hardware requirements and infrastructure costs for general operations and continuous blockchain chain operations expansion are putting increasing financial pressure on the development team. That's why we have to consider saving every cost while the system continues to expand.

We hope this announcement helps miners understand the inconveniences when accessing the app, and the experiences that are not smooth. We also look forward to receiving comments and suggestions that may help the network overcome current issues from you, the persistent miners.
