Hello! Global fellow miners! Here's the content of "Fundraising & KYC Help" for May.

After 3 weeks of KYC 1.5 updates, based on statistical results, we observed that KYC is progressing smoothly with the large community groups in 6 national regions, namely Vietnam; Nigeria; India; Indonesia; Bangladesh; Pakistan accounting for 85% completion rate, and we tentatively refer to these 6 communities as the "6 Big community".

Meanwhile, in regions with fewer miners, KYC activities seem quiet, accounting for only 15% of the total completed KYC.

★ KYC SUPPORT FUNDRAISING

The graph above shows the discrepancy in KYC results between regions, which is an unfavorable outcome for overall development.

We conducted surveys and found that in countries with a small number of miners, the reason for the "quietness" is that miners are having difficulty finding RBL to pay the KYC fee. This means that the local supply of RBL where they live is completely absent.

So we need a SUPPORT FUND

To improve the imbalanced KYC situation and strengthen equality among communities, we initiated discussions with many other pioneering miners to decide to raise RBL funds to assist KYC 1.5, supporting communities facing difficulties in accessing KYC fees.

Based on the results of the above discussions, we have just completed the first round of fundraising on May 7th, with a total fund balance of 6,200 RBL (equivalent fund value = $34,348).

With a balance of 6,200 RBL, we pledge not to sell RBL in any form. Instead, the entire fundraising will be used to support KYC, with a non-refundable support principle.

The goal of the KYC miner support fundraising campaign is to promote balance in KYC completion rates among global regions. In the context of Rubi miners spread globally, this initial support is essential for the network to achieve complete ownership decentralization. With the estimated fund from May, we expect to support about 3,100 miners. However, this is still a modest number, so we have decided to prioritize all support for miners in small-size communiity, we not support to the "6 Big community".

★ FUND UTILIZATION

We started testing the support program on May 5th. On the first day alone, we successfully sent hundreds of miners 02 RBL each. This is enough for miners to pay the priority level 3 fee, helping them easily pass KYC.

We aim to conduct this process transparently and provide a report at the end of the month, hoping to continue receiving RBL contributions from pioneering miners to fund future months.

★ HOW TO RECEIVE FREE RBL FROM THE FUND

★ WE NEED MORE SUPPORT

In the first fundraising round, with a total fund balance reached = 6,200 RBL ($34,348), as of May 10th, we have received 1479 support requests. We estimate thousands of support requests and supports per month.

If the request continues to increase, the support fund may not be enough to meet demand. Therefore, we continue to call for fundraising activities for June and subsequent months.
