1 ● What is KYC 1.5 (Version History - Scope of Application)

KYC 1.5 is a rapidly developed version based on a voting request is a rapidly developed version based on a voting request to promote global KYC activities, considered a transitional version between KYC 2.0 and previous versions. KYC 1.5 was released on April 15, designed and deployed within 2 weeks with limited functionalities to immediately meet the KYC needs of miners worldwide.

KYC 1.5 is a global KYC solution allowing miners to use three types of identification documents: ID Card, Drive Licence, and Passport, from all existing national formats for KYC.

2 ● Invitations & Conditions (Conditional & Random)

KYC 1.5 uses an invitation mechanism to reduce the load on KYC requests, helping the system run smoothly without interruptions during KYC. The invitation mechanism of KYC 1.5 is completely random, initially with a daily maximum of 1000 invitations, later increased to a maximum of 3000 daily invitations from June 15.

To be in the random invitation list, you need to complete:

• complete your account ownership information within 30 days and

• complete minning at least 20 days of mining or accumulate a minimum of 30 RBP (Rubi Points) on your mining account.

Invitations are sent randomly by the system, without preference for small accounts or restrictions on large accounts, ensuring all miners are equally eligible for invitations.

3 ● KYC 1.5 Fee Payment (fee payment by Rubi Noncustodial Wallet)

KYC 1.5 is a verification service,, considered a service as we charge fees and allocate payments to all resource providers involved in the verification process. Fees are not collected in money or other cryptocurrencies; the only accepted payment unit is RBL. Fee payment means RBL is transferred from the payer's Rubi wallet to a dedicated KYC service fee collection wallet. You can pay the KYC fee yourself if your wallet has sufficient RBL balance, or you can ask a friend to pay on your behalf.

Regarding the question, "Why not choose to deduct Rubi mined?", there are two reasons:

Firstly • the Rubi in your account is unverified, thus cannot be used for payment. In its unverified state, it is called Rubi Points (RBP); once verified and moved to the blockchain, it becomes Rubi Block (RBL). Therefore, before your account passes KYC, the RBP you've mined cannot be used.

Secondly • the Rubi wallet is a "Noncustodial Wallet", meaning only the secret key holder can execute transactions, such as KYC fee payments. Hence, the KYC service cannot self-execute a fee deduction.

4 ● KYC Help Global Fund (Help miner Pay KYC Fee)

Initiated by Founder Andy, this support initiative acknowledges the initial scarcity of RBL, making it difficult for miners to find or access RBL to pay KYC fees. This proposal supports those in the most difficult situations with KYC fee payment through a fundraising program and transparent fund distribution (link).

⚠️ Attention:
To access the support fund, you must have received a KYC invitation. We will not send RBL if you haven't received an invitation. Due to donation amounts usually being smaller than the support demand, each miner has only one request opportunity for support from the fund.

5 ● KYC Instructions (quick & easy)

KYC is quite simple; if no errors occur, KYC applications are typically approved within 5 minutes once an officer clicks the "accept application" button.

For a smooth KYC approval on the first attempt, carefully follow each step, match all information with your ID documents, and ensure clear photos without obstructions and correct rule portrait pictures.

Your KYC will be meticulously reviewed by the verification team to ensure each miner certified as a partner corresponds to a real person. We value this to ensure that all RBL added to the supply comes from real users.

6 ● If KYC Fails - Try Again

KYC results are determined by a trained verifier. We strive to provide meticulous, accurate, and objective verification services for the best KYC quality.

If your KYC fails, it means our verifier has notified errors 2 to 5 times and you need to corrections, but you did not corrections them accurately.

If your KYC is canceled, you can create a new payment and retry KYC. Before doing so, access your rejected KYC, check the detailed errors marked in red to avoid repeating them, and watch the instructional videos in section 5 to minimize or avoid KYC errors.

7 ● Migration Mined Assets to the Blockchain

Upon completing KYC, your mining account will receive a network partner certification, making you a partner miner, able to mine Rubi and provide RBL crypto-commodities to the network.

Now, migration the Rubi Points (RBP) you and your team have mined to Rubi Blocks (RBL) with the following simple steps:

On the app homepage, look at the bottom menu >> Select "Mining" icon >> Continue to select "Statistics" icon >> Select the "Verified" tab >> Click "migration" >> View balance and choose the amount to migration with the slider.

In subsequent mining days, you can actively transfer newly mined Rubi to your wallet, with the successful transfers recorded on the Rubi blockchain as your balance. You can check each transfer by using the public block explorer.

8 ● Check Your Assets on the Blockchain.
