• Estimated length: From 30 to 60 minutes

Inconveniences During process

• System access interruption.
• Inability or interruption in carrying out transactions.

Data integrity while the update takes place

• Mining sessions prior to the update will not be affected.
• Important metrics are controlled and backed up, so there are no changes to your data.

After the Update is Complete, You Need to Do:

• Log back into your mining account to continue mining
• Access your wallet again with your private key.

Attention: Miners need to be proactive before the Restart Event takes place:

To ensure smooth login again, please check and remember the following information:

- User name.
- Phone number.
- Email address.
- Password. (and 2FA if available)

To facilitate accessing and synchronizing your wallet, please remember the following information:

- Private key (Seedphrase, Hashkey, QR-key).
- 4-digit PIN code. (If you have not set a PIN, please skip)

Additionally: You should not make important transactions around the time we process the system.
