Dear Rubi Network Community!

Rubi Network has recently undergone a Halving event's an important milestone in our strategy to reduce supply and control asset inflation. However, this event also halved the mining income of RBL. In light of the limited supply of RBL and to ease the burden of KYC fees for the mining community, we have recently discussed with the KYC service provider and reached a common agreement.

Therefore, we are pleased to announce a reduction in KYC fees for the entire mining community, effective from 14:00 (UTC) on September 15.

Details of fees before and after adjustment:

⚡️ Việt Nam:

• Priority 1: Reduced from 12 RBL to 8 RBL
• Priority 2: Reduced from 8 RBL to 6 RBL
• Priority 3: No change, remains at 4 RBL

⚡️ Global:

• Priority 1: Reduced from 6 RBL to 4 RBL
• Priority 2: Reduced from 4 RBL to 3 RBL
• Priority 3: No change, remains at 2 RBL

Effective time for the new fee schedule:

• Starts at 14:00 on September 15, 2024 (UTC)

We hope this adjustment will make it easier for miners to acquire RBL to complete their KYC verification steps, while also reducing the cost burden during the verification and certification process to become a network partner.

KYC on Rubi Network incurs a small fee because we use human verification, and verifiers need to be compensated. The human KYC method allows us to effectively handle complex issues during verification, such as blurry images, incorrect data entry, duplicate accounts, or individuals attempting to KYC multiple accounts.

Human-verified KYC remains the most reliable method for handling verification with high complexity. Please note that even leading tech companies (such as Google and Apple) still use human KYC verification for high-trust verification activities.
