Unexpected interruption - SERVICE INTERRUPTION!
Until this post! The incident has been resolved! This is a notice to provide detailed information about the interruption that lasted for 9 hours.

Hello global miners! Yesterday - during a testing function expansion activity of the development team, there was an overload that caused the system to interrupt without warning. This disruption occurred from approximately 14:00 UTC to 23:30 UTC.

The disruption did not happen to all miners, but only to miners who were mining at overloaded mines. That's why we didn't detect the problem.

Interruption time:
Time period from 14:00 - 23:30 UTC January 4, 2024 (in Vietnam it is 21:00 January 40 - 6:30 January 5) - This is the hour when we do not work, thus leading to a processing response delay. The interruption occurred unexpectedly for a long time, up to 9 hours continuously. For a 24/7 mining project like Rubi, the interruption period of up to 9 hours is a bad number.

Processed:
Immediately after discovering the problem at the beginning of our early working hours in Vietnam 6:30 VN-time (corresponding to UTC-time is 23:30 January 4, 2024), we checked and resolved, The system is restored after about 30 minutes. The system returned to normal operation on all modules at 24:00 UTC

Who is affected in this incident?

(some users received service interruption notifications)

• Exploiting safe: The mining process with miners before the incident occurred (before 14:00 on January 4) is not affected.
• Balance safe: All mining results and balances are continuously snapshotted and are not affected.
• Can't connect: During the outage, those who have finished their mining session in a "POOL fulled" will receive a service interruption notification (as shown above)

Epilogue!
Once again we are sorry about the long-term interruption. The problem occurred outside of business hours and we were unable to detect and resolve the problem sooner.
