Is RUBI silently selling IDO?
Hello Rubi mining community! Recently, there has been information that the RUBI project team is cheating by secretly selling RUBI through IDO channels, bypassing miners to profit. Therefore, through this announcement, the development team officially denies rumors related to selling RUBI assets under forms of Presale, Private sale, IDO, ICO, IEO.

The rumor comes from some images provided by the Rubier miners community, and suspects that this is a secret operation of the development team, some miners have requested an explanation of what is happening.

First of all: what are IDO, ICO, IEO?
This is a community fundraising activity often seen in Token and coin issuance projects, this fundraising activity is called "pre-sale", which has been carried out by many large projects from 2016 to 2020, the results of these fundraising activities have mobilized significant financial resources, and become a driving force for the development of these projects.

Due to the overwhelmingly successful fundraising results, "pre-sale" activities have been divided into many forms according to their nature and application methods: Presale, Private sale, ICO, IDO, IEO. These types of fundraising activities quickly created a Fomo wave for F0 investors. Since 2021, Presale activities have transformed into activities with extremely high scam risk. Many scam projects have been created, with thousands of projects created only to sell Presale and then disappear.

RUBI, why not raise funds through IDO, ICO?
To eliminate any concerns about fraud risks from the community, from the outset of planning, the project development team has agreed not to raise funds from the community. Rubi was initially sponsored by angel investors who together developed a pioneering new direction in the concept of "Crypto Commodities".

However, here are some reasons why RUBI does not plan to carry out an IDO.

• Rubi is the first blockchain, so there is no contract on another network, hence no IDO. • The RUBI network rewards are entirely distributed through mining, so there is no pre-sale, the only way to own RUBI is to mine it. • The RUBI asset unit is not created before mining, all come from mining, including the development team. There is no pre-existing supply, so there can be no pre-sale.

Equality in resource mining!
The development team believes that with the above policy, mining assets on RUBI will become fair and assets will be distributed equally, in a decentralized manner. There is no organization controlling a large portion of the asset pool, so there is no manipulation, and the market will determine what miners deserve. We believe that this equal rule is a significant incentive for RUBI to develop more sustainably.
